The TruePoint Partners team ran point on event planning and management for an Oracle Partner Summit with over 500 attendees in Lake Las Vegas, NV. This 3 day event was a huge success, whereby we exceed client expectations.
Key objectives met:
1. The event project was held within budget.
2. TruePoint executed all contracts with the hotel, restaurants, AV services, transportation and outside vendors.
3. TruePoint coordinated all communications, including invitations and post-event surveys.
4. TruePoint managed the sourcing, customization and sales of branded welcome gifts for all attendees.
